gbuilder is an light-weight IDE for C and C++. It is written in C++ for GNOME and uses Gtk and GNOME-libs (in fact it uses the C++-wrappers Gtkmm and Gnomemm), but it can also be used in KDE or in plain X.(See Requirements for details). It is designed to be small and fast especially to develop small programs, if you want to have a "big" IDE with many features, take a look at Anjuta.
