Interactive Systems Corporation quarter-plane screen editor supposedly derived from the RAND editor. Known to run on VAX/VMS as part of ISC's Unix emulation layer as well as on Unix V7 for PDP-11 and ISC's later Unix port to PCs. Ran especially well on modified OWL 1200 terminals sold by ISC, with highlighting of selection regions and many special-purpose keys.
