It was written to be part of RHIDE (an IDE for the DJGPP C/C++ development suite) http://www.rhide.com/

It uses the TurboVision Text User Interface http://tvision.sourceforge.net/

This is a great looking text editor with plenty of power. At 300 KB, it is on the large end of TinyEditors.

(NB: it insists on running full screen, and not in a console window under Windows. There is a Win32 build that behaves. but you must install the DOS version first, then replace the EXE with the Win32 version.)
