A Microsoft Windows based TextEditor with a MacroLanguage called "BML" that is XML based. It also has a library of plugins (also free for you to use). It has a couple of nice features:

Code completion (like IntelliSense from Microsoft)
Workspaces
Syntax Highlighting
Built-in FTP access
Export syntax-highlight code directly to HTML
User-customizable help files
Keyboard macros
RGB color mixer
Column selection
Unlimited Undo/Redo?

An FTP client and a Hex editor are bundled with the product. There is a shareware add-in editor to allow you to add features without learning BML.
