This is a simple technique. Use a sequence of 4-8 identical letters (usually your first initial).

For example

main {

   // RRRRRRRR  is 2 correct?

   a = 10 & 2;

}

Later, you can just search for RRRR and find this section quickly.

You can also make the scripts for your sourcecontrol system reject files with this sequence in them (or at least flag them if you choose.)
